What hours do you work?
While most of our work is done between 8 am and 6 pm, we often work at times outside those hours, such as for company fleet vehicles which must be in use during the day.
What kind of oil do you use?
We use only high quality, name brand lubricants including synthetic blend oil. The molecules in synthetic oil are more uniform in size, shape and other characteristics than those in conventional oil and can better withstand extremes in engine temperatures. We use the correct viscosity of oil for your vehicle, as recommended by the manufacturer. If you prefer, we can use full synthetic oil at extra cost.
How do you prevent spills?
We understand that your satisfaction is very important and that untidy work is not acceptable. We always place a large, absorbent safety mat under the vehicle before beginning an oil change. We use over-sized oil drain pans, and we always have special Spill Kits on hand in case a spill does happen. We are very concerned about the environment and about your vehicle.
What do you do with the old oil and oil filters?
All of our waste oil and filters are recycled by a state-registered recycler. None of it ends up in landfills.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are licensed with the state of Arizona and carry full insurance coverage.
Do I need to be there while you service my vehicle?
No, you can be doing other things as long as prior arrangements with us have been made.
How is service paid for?
Phone payments can be by debit or credit card. Payment at your location can be by debit or credit card, check or cash. Fleet accounts can also be set up for monthly billing.
